Color code an IF statement

I am using this basic IF statement to tell me if we used more or less in our budget category when compared to the previous month
 =IF(J5>February!J5,"Over Previous Month","Under Previous Month")
What I wanted to do was if the function returned "Over Previous Month" display in RED font color  -- If the function returned "Under Previous Month" display in Green font color
Is that possible?
