aloha user ..  Question :-  What's the actual difference between Formality and Molarity?   Answer:- formality & molarity  Formality :- expresses the concentration as moles of solute per litre of the solution  = it is of the foem (m^-3)  =  formality can be defined in the case of ionic substances   MOLARITY :- it is defined as the number of moles of solute dissolved in one litre of solution  €   molarity can be defined in the case of molecular substances
