For the rod moment of inertia at the end of the rod is I=mlsquare/3
i = 1 \div 2 \times 1 {}^{2}  \div 3
Therefore,moment of inertia is 1/6
Energy =1/2 ×momemt of inertia×angular velocity square
Energy=1/2×1/6×6×6
Energy=3
