what's the difference between a frog and a toad?

frogs spend most of their lives in or near water.toads on the other hand get out on land and find their way into gardens and yards.
frogs have moist slimy skin while toads have dry bumpy skin.
frogs eggs are found in mass while toads eggs are found in chain.
