What's the difference between mineral & vitamin????????

Minerals are obtained from soil and water.Each vitamin has a unique role in the body but vitamins predominantly help maintain healthy skin, eyes, hair and nails and blood clotting. Minerals play an important role in the body and are mainly involved in bone and tooth formation and maintaining healthy blood cells.
