both are national wide exams but neet is easier than aiims is talk now a days but aiims has many opportunities compared to neet all the best for ur future hope it heps to taka a right decision

NEET is a national level exam through which you can Get an admission into any medical college of India , if u clear that exam by required marks but AIIMS is an exam by which I can only get admission in All India Institute of Medical sciences - AIIMS . If u clear it's ex btw AIIMS is very tough compared to NEET.
