if area and perimeter are given , we will 2 equations with 2 variable 'l' for length and 'b' for breath . By subtracting anyone equation form other equation, we could get one variable either 'l' or 'b'. Then we can substitute the value of known variable in the equation which has unknown variable to get the value.

If perimeter is given then the equation to find direction is 2(l+b) and if area is given then equation is l*b
