heyy frnd!!
the safrine colour is for the sacrifice and the dignity.
white represents peace
and green represents
faith and chivalry
and the chakra represents  the emperor ashoka of the mauryan dinesty.

i hope this helps u :)

sunny170: the chakra actually represents the 24 hours or spokes of a day
sunny170: the chakra has 24 spokes
chetnachaudhary: but the chakra was given by the ashoka
chetnachaudhary: and the 24 hrs was given by the britishers
sunny170: i don't disagree with you but the real thing for which the chakra stands is the 24 hours of a person's day
chetnachaudhary: umm it represents both the things buddy :)

Hi!

The colors in our national flag are:-
●saffron
●white
●green
It is also called the 'Tricolor'
The colors mean:-
●saffron-sacrifice and dignity
●white-peace and truth
●green-faith, courage , chivalry
The blue chakra present in the middle of the flag has 24 spokes and is referred to the 24 hours we have in a day.

Thank You
(Hope It Helps)
