Here is your answer:-
First mistake:- At the first step you have to write (x-7) then after that (x+4) but you did opposite of it.
Second mistake:- In third step:-
We can't cancel two numbers with different denominator. You cancelled 11 with 11. We have to simply do cross multiplication.
