When strong base and weak acid react neutrillisation reaction occurs where the salt is basic in nature as we had used strong base and weak acid.

For eg: Acid + Base - - - > Salt + water

Dil. HCL + NaOH - - - > NaCl +

H20

Here NaCl is less acidic or more basic.
