I always felt anxious about the dance and singing activities or debate competitions. I was always worried because of my low self-esteem and confidence. I had a really bad stage fear but I tried really hard to overcome it. I started practicing a lot before the activities and competitions, and started participating in more and more activities. Stress management is quite important it will help you keep calm. You can either do whatever makes you happy or try meditation. I used to do a lot, even before such activities I use to eat icecreams to calm me down.
