In order to make an assessment holistic and unbiased it is important that we consider multiple evidence, checks which are not only based on theoretical learning but also experimental approach should be tested. Also the assessment should be made by a random person which is not well known by the candidate and nor the examiner has idea of the candidates to make it an unbiased assessment
