what should be added in x²+16 to make it a perfect square​

(a+b)^2= a^2+2ab+b^2

according to formula....

x is already in square form and in a place of 'a'

16 is also the square of 4 and in place of 'b'

therefore..

(x+4)^2=x^2+2×x×4 + 16

= x^2 +8x+16

8x should be added to make it a perfect square
