1/4+1/6+1/10+x=1/5

Lcm of 4,6,10=60

1/4=1×15/4×15=15/60

1/6=1×10/6×10=10/60

1/10=1×6/10×6=6/60

15/60+10/60+6/60+x=1/5

31/60+x=1/5

x=1/5-31/60

Lcm of 5 and 60=60

1/5=1×12/5×12=12/60

31/60=31×1/60×1=31/60

12/60-31/60=-19/60

×=-19/60
