$14x^{3}+x^{2} -x$______(2)

We have to find equation which is added to equation (1) we get the equation (2)

First we have to subtract equation(2) to equation (1)

$=14x^{3}+x^{2} -x-(10x^{3}-4x^{2} +10x )$

$= 14x^{3}+x^{2} -x-10x^{3}+4x^{2} -10x$

$=4x^{3}+5x^{2} -11x$____(3)

Now, we have to add equation(3) to equation (1), we get

$10x^{3}-4x^{2} +10x+(4x^{3}+5x^{2} -11x )$

$= 10x^{3}-4x^{2} +10x+4x^{3}+5x^{2} -11x$

$=14x^{3}+x^{2} -x$

Therefore, $4x^{3}+5x^{2} -11x$ added to $10x^{3}-4x^{2} +10x$ we get $14x^{3}+x^{2} -x$.
