Let x be added to (2/3+3/5) to get -2/15

according to the question

 \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{5}  + x =  \frac{ - 2}{15}

 \frac{10 + 9}{15}  + x =  \frac{ - 2}{15}

 \frac{19}{15}  + x =  \frac{ - 2}{15}

x =  \frac{ - 2}{15} -  \frac{19}{15}

x =  \frac{ - 2 - 19}{15}

x =  - \frac{ - 21}{15}

so, -21/15 Should be added to 2/3+3/5 to get -2/15
