Hey!

Here is your answer!
_____________________________

Let the number be x

According to question :

 (\frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{5} ) + x =  \frac{ - 2}{15}  \\  \\ taking \: lcm \\  \\  \frac{10 + 9 + 15x}{15}  =  \frac{ - 2}{15} \\  \\ 19 + 15x =  - 2 \\  \\ 15x =  - 2 - 19 \\  \\ 15x =  - 21 \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 21}{15}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 7}{5}  \\  \\ so \:  \frac{ - 7}{5} should \: be \: added \: to \: ( \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{5} ) \: to \: get \:   \frac{ - 2}{15}
Hope it's satisfactory ☺
