Let the no. that should be added be- x

Now,

-2/3 + x=7/11

x=7/11+2/3

L C M of 11 and 3=33

RHS=>7/11+2/3

=> (7X3+2X11)/33

=> (21+22)/33

=> 43/33

therefore the no. that should be added to -2/3 to get 7/11 => 43/33
