 \huge \pink {\rm {=  \frac{7}{10}  +  \frac{3}{5}}}

 \huge \purple {\rm {=  \frac{7 + 6}{10}}}

 \huge \pink {\rm {=  \frac{13}{10}}}

13/10 should be added to -3/5 to get 7/10.

-3/5*2/2=-6/10
So
-6/10+x=7/10
x=7/10-(-6/10)
x=7/10+6/10

X=13/10

So 13/10 should be added to -3/5 to get 7/10
