let 'x' add in 7/15 to get (-3)/8

 \frac{7}{15}  + x =  \frac{ - 3}{8}  \\ x =  \frac{ - 3}{8}   -  \frac{7}{15} \\  =  \frac{ - 45 - 56}{120}   =  \bold{ \frac{ - 101}{120} }

hey mate... ur answer it's -101/120

7/15+x= -3/8

x=-3/8-7/15

x= -45-56/120

x= 101/120
