Let the number added be x

ATQ -7/3 + x = 3/7

=> x = 3/7 + 7/3 ( Find LCM of 7 and 3 = 21 )

=> x = (3×3 + 7×7)/21

=> x = (9+ 49)/21

=> x = 58/21

Therefore, 58/21 should be added to -7/3 to get 3/7.

Hope it helps you
