Answer:

( -3 {x}^{2}  + 4 {x}  + 7)-(7 {x}^{2} - 5x + 1)

 - 3 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 7 - 7 {x}^{2} + 5x - 1

 - 10 {x}^{2}  + 9x + 6

(-10x²+9x+6) should be added to (7x²-5x-1) to get (-3x²+4x+7)

Answer:

let X should be added

7x² - 5x + 1 + X = -3x² + 4x + 7

X = -3x² +4x + 7 - 7x² + 5x -1

= -10x² + 9x + 6 answer..
