2 ( -7/3) + ʏ = 3/7

2 (-7/3) + ʏ = 3/7

-14/3 + ʏ =3/7

ʏ = 3/7 + 14/3

ʏ = 9/21 + 98/21 (ʟᴄᴍ=21)

ʏ = 107/21
