 \textbf{Let x Should be added, }

Hence,

 = > \frac{5 + x}{13+x} = \frac{3}{5} \\ \\ \\ = > 5(5 + x) = 3 \times ( 13 + x ) \\ \\ \\ = > 25 + 5x = 39 +3x \\ \\ \\ = > 5x - 3x = 39 - 25 \\ \\ \\ = > 2x = 14 \\ \\ \\ = > x = \frac{14}{2}

=> x = 7

Hence, 7 should be added.
