We can Observe that the given number is less than the square of the (9070)²

Thus, the Least number that should be added =
                                        Near by Greater Perfect Square - Given Number                                                                             
                                          =  (9070)² - 82264880
                                          = 82264900 - 82264880
                                           = 20

Thus, if 20 should be added to the Given number, the number should be a Perfect Square.
