Let x be added.
2(-7/3)+x=3/7
Multiplying 2 with-7/3
-14/3+x=3/7
Taking-14/3 to the right side and when taken to right side it will become positive.
x=3/7+14/3
Taking LCM of 7 and 3 i.e. 21
x=3*3/21+14*7/21
x=9/21+98/21
Adding
x=9+98/21
x=107/21
So 107/21 should be added to the fraction for getting 3/7.
