Let the no. to be added be x
Now it is to be added in twice of -7/3 i.e. -14/3
Now, atq
-14/3 + x = 3/7
x = 3/7 + 14/3
x = 107/21

HELLO SHEREYA !!

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER !!

twice of rational -7/3=-7/3×2/2=-14/6

let take the number as =x

should be added to-14/6 =-14/6+x=3/7
x = \frac{ - 14}{6} - \frac{3}{7} \\ \\ lcm \: of \: 6 \: and \: 7 = 42 \\ \\ x = \frac{ - 92}{42} - \frac{18}{42} \\ \\x = \frac{ - 110}{42} \\ \\ hope \: help \: u \: \\ \\ please \: mark \: it \: as \: bainliest
