heyy mate!!!!!

=====================

TWICE OF -7/3 =-14/3

Now,

let the no. that we should add to get 3/7 be x then,

=>-14/3+x=3/7

=>x=14/3+3/7

=>x= (98+9)/21

=>x=107/21

hence, we have to add 107/21 in the given no. to get 3/7
