Explanation:

The required factors are- (X+3) , (x-5)

When we multiply the factors, we get

 x^{2} + 3x - 5x - 15 \\
which is equal to,
x {}^{2} - 2x - 15
Subtracting the equation given in question from the above, we find only -4 remains.

This if added would yield the required factors.
