》(X^2+3aX)(X^2+3aX+2a^2)

Let X^2+3aX be Y

Now putting Y in place of X^2+3aX we get

Y(Y+2a^2)》Y^2+2a^2Y, if we add a^4 to this equation we will get Y^2+2a^2Y+a^4 which will be (Y+a^2)^2. It means if we add a^4 to above equation it will be a perfect square.

Hence the answer is a^4
