-5/6+x= -2/3

x= -2/3 +5/6  {Find the LCM= 6 and then make the denominator of -2/3 as 6. No need to do anything with 5/6 as its denominator is already 6.}

\frac{-2*2}{3*2}=\frac{-4}{6}

x= \frac{-4+5}{6}

x=\frac{1}{6}
