First make people aware of hygiene . If people won't be aware of cleanliness and hygiene then it would be diffucult to convince them regarding importance of hygiene. NGOs , schools,colleges can support the cause of spreading hygiene , seminars can be conducted also cleanliness drives can be conducted to convince people to keep our country or locality clean and hygienic. Educated people can make uneducated aware of diseases spreading due to unhygenic environment thus make them to understand the importance of hygiene people can also atleast support the cause for cleanliness lauched by government.In this people can realise importance of hygiene.
