U hve to meditate atleast for 5-10 mins daily to remain calm.......
When ur tensed count 100 to 1 backwards in ur mind... It will help u to remain calm...

we should do yoga and we should meditate deep breathing, enjoy the journey,we should do sevasen (a losen up asana),and we should control our anger.
