Both,the personal growth and motherland's growth are equally important for ourselves.

• Because, if we don't grow ourselves to the social standards and necessities then we will be not able to do necessary actions for the growth of our motherland.

• Similarly, if we concentrate only on our motherland's growth, then we will surely ignore the growth of our personal aspects which will affect the actions which we done for our motherland because,our society will not accept our actions if we don't qualify ourselves according to the necessary social standards.
