the perimeter= 4(side)

area= (side)^2

if area is equal to the perimeter then

4(side)= (side)^2

so, side = 4cm

Area = Perimeter

side \times side= 4 \times side

Side =  \frac{Side \times 4}{Side}

Side = 4cm

Because side/side =1
