1.5 - x = \frac{-1}{20} \\ \\ - x = \frac{-1}{20} - \frac{15}{10}

x = \frac{15}{10} + \frac{1}{20} = > \frac{31}{20}

1.5 - x = - 1/20

1/20 = 0.05

therefore, 1.5 - x = - 0.05

1.5 + 0.05 = x

x = 1.55

and in fraction it is 1.55 = 155/100

and when simplify it become

x= 31/20
