first we subtract 3. 47 6 from -15. 837 which will be=12.361.
after that we subtract 12.361 from- 15. 837 which will be equal to=
12.361-15.837
=+12.361-15.837
=12.361-15.837=3.476

Let the number which needs to be subtracted be x.

So, our equation would be :

- 15.837 - x = 3.476

- x = 3.467 + 15.837

- x = 19.313

\boxed{\mathbf{x = - 19.313}}

Let us verify the answer by putting the value of x in the equation :

- 15.837 - ( - 19.313) = 3.476

- 15.837 + 19.313 = 3.476

3.476 = 3.476

Hence verified! :)
