according to question
 X+11/18=(-19/14)
 X=(-19/14)-11/18
 X= -171-77/126
 => -248/126

Let the number be 'x'

so, -19/14 - x = 11/18

-19/14 = 11/18 + x

-19/14 - 11/18 = x

-171/126 - 77/126 = x

x = -248/126 = -124/63
