Let the number to be subtracted is m.

So,

=> -2/5-m = 6/5

-m = 6/5+2/5

m = -6/5 - 2/5

m = (-6-2)/5

m = -8/5

Hence, -8/5 should be subtracted from -2/15 so as to get 6/5
