2 1/3 - x = -3/7
7/3- x = -3/7
- x = -3/7 - 7/3
L.C.M of 7 and 3 is 21....
-3/7 × 3/3 = - 9/21
7/3 × 7/7 = 49/21
then...
-9/21 - 49/21= - x
- x = -58/21
then...
x = 58/21
