take the other number as X

so 3/4 -x = -2/3

now bring 3/4 to the other side but yeah the sign will change

-x = -2/3 - 3/4

-x = -8/12 - 9/12 LCM=12

-X = -17/12 SAME SIGNS ALWAYS ADD

NOW BRING THE SIGN OF X TO THE OTHER SIDE

X = 17/12
