Let x should be subtracted. Then

- \frac{3}{5}-x = -2\\ \\ \Rightarrow  -x = -2 + \frac{3}{5}\\ \\ \Rightarrow  -x =  \frac{-10+3}{5}\\ \\ \Rightarrow  -x =  -\frac{7}{5}\\ \\ \Rightarrow  x = \frac{7}{5}

So  \frac{7}{5} should be subtracted from - \frac{3}{5} to get -2.

-3/5-x=-2
-x=-2/1-3/5
-x=10-3 /5
-x=-7/5
x=7/5
