We assume that X should be subtracted from -3/5 to get -2

so,

 \frac{ - 3}{5}  - x =  - 2 \\  \\   \frac{ - 3}{5}  + 2 = x \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 3}{5}  + 2 \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 3 + 10}{5}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{7}{5}

so we can say that,

if we should subtract 7/5 from -3/5 then we get -2

Hope you doing well.
