According to question;

58/11-x=5/9

➡-x=5/9-58/11

First take the L.C.M. to make the denominators same.

L.C.M. of 9 and 11=99

➡5/9×11/11=55/99

➡58/11×9/9=522/99

•➡-x=(55-522)/99

➡-x= -467/99(nefative signs will be cancelled)

So 467/99 should be subtracted from 5 3/11 to get 5/9
