Let the unknown number be x; then,

 -  \frac{3}{5}  - x =  \frac{2}{3}  \\  =  >  - x =  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{5}  \\  =  > x =  - ( \frac{19}{15} ) \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 19}{15}

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!
