Let the required fraction/number be x.

As per question,

x - ( -  \frac{5}{6} ) =  -  \frac{3}{5}

 =  > x +  \frac{5}{6}  =  -  \frac{3}{5}

 =  > x =  -  \frac{3}{5}  -  \frac{5}{6}

 =  > x =  \frac{ - 18 - 25}{30}

 =  > x =  \frac{ - 43}{30}

hope it helps you.
