 {x}^{3} + 3 {x}^{2} + 2x + 10 \\ {( - 3)}^{3} + 3 {( - 3)}^{2} + 2 ( - 3) + 10 \\ - 27 + 27 - 6 + 10 \\ 4

if we subtract 4 from this equation then the result is exactly divisible by (x+3).
