What should be the best time table for 14 year Indian girl including all of the study time like toppers , family time and all these type of necessary things

• Minimum of 3 hours of outdoor activities.. be it any game
• Watching cartoons.. movies.. and what ever you likes
• Having lots of food… and sometimes junk one also
• Being free from any pressure regarding career or studies
