When u get up drink at least 2 glass of water.
Then do 30 min. exercise.
Then enjoy ur breakfast.
During the whole day u should be involved in a workout.
During this work u must have a bottle filled of water.
Then eat ur dinner between 6 & 8 pm.
U must drink at least 4 liters of water in a day.
Then spend sometime alone, analyzing the whole day's workout. 
Aim to go bed before 11 pm.
