The ideal resistance of voltmeter is infinity ... becoz in idea voltmeter there is no flow of current ...
so if there is no flow of current therefore resis should be very high ...
considering this ohm's law equation.
=) I = V/R
we can see that current(I) I inversely proportional to R ...so for minimum current R should be maximum..
